UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks time is given to the served respondents to file the counter affidavit.

The learned counsel for the appellant shall within a period of four weeks file the fresh particulars of the respondent Nos. 11,65,68 and 80 and he shall also take appropriate steps for the service of notice to them within the same period. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Trial Court the particulars of which shall be furnished by the learned counsel for the appellant within the period prescribed above.

Await report from the concerned Tribunal in respect of Respondent Nos. 8,10,16,22,26,28,44, 77 and 79.
