UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Fresh steps for the serivce of notice by usual mode to the unserved respondent nos. 1 to 4 shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of three weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served through the Ld. Standing Counsel representing the State of Haryana.

The Learned Counsel for the respondent No. 5 has stated that the copies of the pleadings have not been provided to him by the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner shall provide the copies of the pleadings to the Learned Counsel within a week's time and file proof. Learned Counsel shall file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks thereafter.
