The applications for refiling Special Leave Petition (Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos.1073110737 of 2016) in the matter abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 11.07.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay in refiling the special leave petition is condoned. Accordingly, Crl.M.P.Nos. 1073110737 are allowed."

It is submitted that Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Nos. 84708484 of 2016 now converted into SLP (Crl.) No. 53335347 of 2016 arising out of similar criminal cases were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.07.2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct to issue notice on Special Leave Petition as well on interim relief returnable within four weeks and the same pending for hearing before the Hon'ble Court. Copy of Record of Proceedings dated 12.07.2016 is enclosed herewith for perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The matters abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
