UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Vikram Chaudhry, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner points out that the entire transaction relating to which the allegation has been made, is situated in Delhi. Despite the same, without reasonable explanation, the proceedings have been initiated at Meerut in Ghaziabad due which transfer is sought.

In that view, issue notice to the respondent, returnable in two weeks.

Dasti, in addition, is permitted.
