UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard Mr. Gopal Jain, learned senior counsel for the applicant and Mr. Shekhar Naphade, learned senior counsel for the respondents.
Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the bank guarantees submitted by the applicant in favour of the respondents and which is presently with the respondents, shall be handed over to the applicant.
All other issues are open to be addressed by the District Court under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
The miscellaneous applications are, accordingly, disposed of.
