It is submitted by the learned counsel that Writ Petition (C) No.906 of 2016 and connected matters are already listed before a Constitution Bench of this Court and are slated to come up on 09.11.2022.

Since the matters are coming before the Constitution Bench, they were listed for directions, at this stage, we do not deem it appropriate to tag the instant petition along with the pending matters. We, however, give liberty to the learned counsel for the petitioner to mention before the concerned Bench for appropriate orders.
