The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 25.07.2014 with an Office Report dated 23.07.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice. There shall be stay of further proceedings in OS No. 26784/2008 pending before the Court of XXVII Addl. City Civil Judge, Bangalore."

Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 1-3 on 21.08.2014 through Mr. Naresh Kumar, Advocate but no Counter Affidavit filed.

Thereafter, the matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar on 07.11.2014, when he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Despite time granted by the Registrar's Court, counter affidavit has not been filed on behalf of the respondents. Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court, as per rules. However, if counter affidavit is filed within four weeks, the same be taken on record."

It is submitted that Mr. Naresh Kumar, Advocate has on 27.11.2014 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of respondents and the same is being circulated with this report.

In view of the above said order, the matter above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
