Learned counsels for both the parties are present.

DW-1 is further cross-examined by learned senior counsel for the plaintiff-State of Rajasthan. The statement of DW-1 has been recorded in question and answer form in the presence of learned counsel for both the parties from Question nos.87 to 89. With that Ld. counsel for State of Rajasthan has closed his side of cross-examination.

DW-1 is re-examined by Ld. counsel for State of Punjab and the same has been recorded in question and answer form in the presence of learned counsel for both the parties as question Nos.1 and 2.

Thereafter, Ld. counsel for the defendant No.4-State of Haryana, Mr. Aditya Sharma started the cross-examination of the witness -DW-1 and statement of DW-1 has been recorded in question and answer form in the presence of learned counsel for both the parties from Question nos.1 to 14.

At this stage, Ld. counsel for defendant No.4 makes request to defer further cross-examination of DW-1.
