Delay condoned.

2. We have heard Mr. Huzefa A. Ahmadi, learned senior counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Sagar Bandyopadhyay, learned senior counsel, who appears on caveat, on behalf of respondents no.1 and 2.

3. Issue notice to the respondents.

4. No formal notice be issued to respondents no.1 and 2.

5. List on 05.08.2025.

6. In the meantime, it shall be open to respondents no.1 and 2 to file their counter affidavit. Further, there shall be an ad-interim injunction with regard to the property in question, in terms of the order dated 28.08.2017 in Title Suit No.282 of 2013.
