According to the office report, respondent no.3 Association of Minority Professional Colleges in Karnataka could not be served as Digitally signed by Dr. Mukesh Nasa Date: 2022.05.11 10:05:24 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified
the Association appears to have changed the address.
In the circumstances, the Registry is directed to handover the packet to the learned Advocate-on-Record for respondent no.1 Navodaya Medical College so that the service upon respondent no.3 Association can be effected by respondent no.1 College.
Liberty is also granted to the learned counsel for respondent no.1 to effectuate service upon respondent no.3 through e-mail.
A request has been made for adjournment of the matter to enable the learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 to file the requisite record.
We grant the adjournment as prayed for.
