O R D E R

We have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records as well as the order which was passed on 3.2.2020. The object of passing that order was that the persons who had participated in the process of 2006 should not be made to compete with new persons including on account of age factor. An exception was made in case of Rajouri where the process had been completed in pursuance to what was initiated in 2013. The plea of the applicants before us is that they are identically situated as in the case of Rajouri.

The applicants are from Baramulla. They were before us when the order dated 03.02.2020 was passed. No such exception was made in respect of these participants for the reason that the process had not been completed, unlike Rajouri, in pursuance to the 2013 norms. What really the applicants seek by this application is that the 2006 norms should alone apply. This is not the purport of our order and we are told that the Rajouri list is being asked to be published and the Udhampur list has also been published now.
