Heard learned counsels for the parties.

We are satisfied with the grievance expressed by the petitioner and we accept the same. Therefore, Matrimonial Civil Suit No. 667A of 2013 titled as Nitin Pandey Vs. Roli Pandey pending before the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jabalpur, M.P., is ordered to be transferred to the Court of Principal Judge, District Courts, Dwarka, New Delhi.

The transfer petition is accordingly allowed.

After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to take all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the main matter without unnecessary adjournments.
