It is further submitted that Special Leave Petition(C) No. 36359 of 2016 arising out of relied upon Judgment was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 15.12.2016, when the Court was pleased to direct issue of notice. Copy of order dated 15.12.2016 is enclosed herewith.
