"Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent Nos.3 & 10 to file the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.1,5,7,8 & 9 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Ld.counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the respondent Nos.2,4 & 6 within four weeks as no report from the postal department is received.

List the matter again on 20.02.2017."

It is submitted that counsel for respondent nos. 3 and 10 have not filed counter affidavit on their behalf so far.

It is further submitted that fresh show cause notice was issued on 01.02.2017 to respondent nos. 2, 4 & 6 by Registered A.D. Post. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notice have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that as per Tracking Report of India Post, show cause notice could not be delivered to respondent nos. 2, 4 & 6 so far (Tracking Report is enclosed herewith).

Service of show cause notice on respondent nos. 2, 4 and 6 is not complete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Registrar Court with this Office Report.
