The matter above mentioned was listed before the Registrar Court on 27.10.2016, when the following order was passed:

"Await the return of the service of notice already issued toall the respondents. In the meantime, office shall enquire about the fate of notices sent to the respondents under registered cover from the postal authorities. List again on 28.11.2016."

It is submitted that M/s. Devasa & Co. and Mrs. Vaijayanthi Girish Advocates have filed Vakalatnama/Memo of Appearance on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 10 but have not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither A.D. Cards nor unserved covers containing show cause notice from respondent nos. 2-9 have been received back so far.

It is further submitted that regarding fate of notices is enquired from the Post Master, Supreme Court Compound Post Office vide this Registry's letter dated 18.11.2016. But no report has been received so far.

Service of show cause notice on respondent nos. 2-9 is not complete.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Registrar Court with this Office Report.
