UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

1. Learned counsel for the petitioners is allowed two weeks' time to file an affidavit of service of notice upon the respondent no. 10.

2. He further submits that respondent Nos. 9, 15,16 and 19 are dead. Therefore, he may be allowed time to take steps in that regard.

3. As prayed, three weeks' time is allowed for the same.
