Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4, 6 to 8, 11 to 14 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos.5, 17, 18 & 20 to 29 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has failed to comply with the terms of order dated 11.12.2023 of this Court in respect of Respondent Nos.9, 10, 15, 16 & 19, though last chance was granted.
