Balu & Anr. arising out of similar issue, while granting leave, appeal (Civil Appeal Nos. 1216412166 of 2016) was disposed of on 15.12.2016 by Hon'ble Court. (The same is reported as Citation(s) 2017 (2) SCC 281).
It is further submitted that I.As in C.A. No. 1216412166/2016 Entitled The State Of Tamil Nadu Rep. By Sec. & ORS Versus K. Balu & Anr. was disposed of on 31.03.2017 by Hon'ble Court. (The same is reported as Citation(s) 2017 (3) JT 494).
