been received by them. It is their contention that the amount still remains to be paid.
Mr. Shyam Mehta, learned senior counsel representing the State of Maharashtra, gives a statement to this Court that the similar benefit which has been given to the present appellants, will also be given to all the employees of the Universities who have retired and eligible to get those benefits. As and when they move such an application before the concerned Authority, the same benefits will be given to them as expeditiously as possible, but definitely before the next date of listing.
Re-list the matter on 06.02.2025.
