The Special Leave Petitions above-mentioned have been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 6 th November, 2014 of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh in Writ Petition Nos. 17094, 17568 & 19659 of 2010.

It is submitted to the Hon'ble Court that an application for condonation of delay has been filed in filing the Special Leave Petition. There is a delay of 407 days in filing the Special Leave Petition.

It is further submitted that Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, counsel for the Petitioner has vide letter dated 12.04.2016 stated that relevant Orders dated 09.12.2009 & 18.03.31 and Act & Rules mentioned in the impugned order are not necessary.
