Learned counsel for respondent nos. 1, 3 to 21, 23 and 24 submits that he has filed counter affidavit on behalf of above said respondents, yesterday. If filed, same be taken on record.

6, 7, 12, 16 and 18. However, he will be filing the same within one week.

IA for substitution has been filed in respect of deceased respondent no. 22 along with application for condonation of delay. Hence, process the same along with application for condonation of delay for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers for further directions.
