UPON hearing the counsel the court made the following O R D E R

1. The present matter has been placed before this Court in terms of

the office report dated 19th October, 2023 that seeks clarification in respect

of the release of a sum of ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) offered to be deposited on behalf of the petitioners in terms of the order dated 09th July, 2021.

2. Learned counsel for the parties state that it may be clarified that the amount that had already been deposited by the petitioner may be equally distributed among the nine private respondents in the present matters.

3. Ordered accordingly.

4. It is stated that the bank account details of the private respondents have already been furnished to the Registry.
