What gets revealed from the perusal of the office report is that the complainant Shiv Kumar and not the respondent No. 1 Hukum Chand has died as stated in the order dated 4.4.2014 of this Court which stands modified accordingly.

The learned counsel for the petitioner shall take fresh steps for the service of notice to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 within a period of three weeks.
