UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER

The The vehicle which was seized in the $\mathbf{f}$ course Hivestigation bearing Registration No. MS 02 LA 254 used in the

$\mathbf{1}$

Commission of Crime was seized under Panchanama dated 3rd September, 2006.

The complaint of the present accused-respondent(s) is that the seized vehicle be disposed of and they are the registered owners of the vehicle are entitled of its sale proceeds.

Let the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate in terms of paragraph 159 of the impugned judgment of the Trial Court dated 30th September, 2009 may conduct inquiry in terms of Section 452 of the Code and dispose of the seized vehicle in accordance with law.

List the appeals for hearing on 19th April, 2022 as first matter.

The Registry shall make available the video link to the accused-respondent(s) by 10.00 a.m. on 19th April, 2022.

Jail Superintendent, Nashik Central Jail shall also make available the video link to the accused-respondent(s) on 19th April, 2022 by 10.00 a.m. i.e. (half an hour before the proceedings start at 10.30 a.m.) and the State counsel may also instruct the concerned jail authorities for making these facilities available to the accused-respondent(s).

Accused-respondent(s) are at liberty to file their submissions in soft copy in the Registry of this Court by 10th April, 2022.
