UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP(C) No.9570 of 2018
Though a valiant effort has been made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner but we do not find any substance warranting interference in the impugned judgment and order passed by the High Court. Accordingly, the Special Leave Petition stands dismissed.
2. However, the present order shall not prejudice the petitioner for any other job to which he may apply, which shall be considered on its own merits in accordance with law.
3. Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
SLP(C) No.5392 of 2019
