UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
After some hearing, in view of illegible documents which were annexed in the counter affidavit, learned counsel for the respondents is granted one week time to file legible copies of the same.
2. We record our deep dissatisfaction and anguish at the way counters are filed with illegible copies of documents. It is the duty of the counsel who is filing the said counter to ensure that whatever is brought before the Court, each and every word is legible and it is not for the counsel to decide that on which portion he would rely or not rely upon. Be that as it may, we are refraining from passing any strict order.
3. List on 19.03.2025.
