UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP (C) No.6301 of 2019
Learned counsel appearing for the Bank submit that to show his bona fide, the petitioner should make some deposit in the Bank as a huge amount is due on the Bank.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at best the petitioner can deposit Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees thirty lac only). Let the amount be deposited in the Bank within four weeks from today. This deposit shall be without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the appellant.
SLP (C) No.D. No.7953/2019
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he can deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees ten lac only) only. Let the amount be deposited in the Bank within four weeks from today.
Let all these SLPs be listed on 10.07.2019.
In the meantime, status quo, as existing today, shall be maintained subject to deposit of the amount as above. This order shall be without prejudice to the Bank in approaching any appropriate authority as per law.
