"Delay condoned. Leave granted. Issue notice on the prayer for interim relief, returnable on 21st july 2014. Tag with Civil Appeal No.4456 of 2014 @ SLP(C) No.13653 of 2012."

It is submitted that pursuant to the aforesaid order notice on prayer for interim relief was issued to all the three respondents on 6th June, 2014. A.D cards duly signed and stamped have been received back from Respondents Nos. 1 and 2 but no one has entered appearance on behalf of them. Neither A.D card nor unserved cover has containing notice has been received back from Respondent No. 3 so far.

Service of notice is incomplete.

The Prayer for Interim relief in the matters above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
