It is submitted that M/s. Parekh & Co., Counsel, has on 24.03.2015 filed Review Petition on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 for reviewing the dismissal Order dated 24.02.2015 in Civil Appeal No.2402 of 2015 alongwith an application for hearing the Review Petition in open Court under Order XLV, SCR, 2013.

It is further submitted that the application for hearing the Review Petition in open Court abovementioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 08.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"On mentioning, the matter is taken on Board. List the interlocutory application on 11th May, 2015."

It is again submitted that the application has been allowed vide Order dated 11.05.2015. The matter abovementioned was again listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.07.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Let the interlocutory application and the review petition be listed on 21st September, 2015"

It is lastly submitted that application for hearing the Review Petition in open Court mentioned in above order has been allowed vide Hon'ble Court's Order dated 11.05.2015.

The Review Petition is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office report.
