OFFICE REPORT FOR DIRECTIONS

It is submitted that this Hon'ble Court on 15.04.2014, directed the Petitioners to pay a sum of Rupees One Lakh per month towards occupancy charges for the month of April, 2014 onwards with the Registry, which may be kept in fixed deposit for period of 45 days. Four installments of such amount each were deposited in the Registry and total is Rupees four Lakhs and the FDRs in respect thereof were renewed from time to time.

The Appeal was allowed by this Hon'ble Court on 24.02.2015. On 11.05.2015, this Hon'ble Court directed that the amount lying in deposit may be withdrawn by Mr. Manish Goel (Respondent No.1), subject to final result of Review Petition. On 09.03.2016, the Hon'ble Court directed that the name of the respondent "Manish Goel" be read as "Mani Square Ltd.", which was by mistake mentioned in order dated 11.05.2015 and the amount lying in deposit shall not be withdrawn till the Review Petition is disposed of.

It is further submitted that FDRs Nos.942, 942B, 942C and 942A of amount of Rs.1,16,314/, Rs.1,15,251/, Rs.1,71,813/ and Rs.1,16,020/ inclusive of interest is going to be matured on 06.05.2017, 10.05.2017, 13.05.2017 and 02.06.2017 respectively. Orders are, accordingly, solicited to again renew the FDRs for further period of 90 days from the date of its maturity.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report for direction.
