Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for a week's time to file an application for substitution of the said respondent and to bring the legal representatives on record. After such an such application is filed, Registry shall issue notice to the legal representatives fixing a returnable date within eight weeks. 2 Be it noted, in the meantime, the respondent no.2 has already expired.
