The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21.09.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Issue notice, returnable within six weeks."

Accordingly show cause notice returnable for 16th November, 2015 was issued to all six respondents through registered AD post. Signed AD card of Respondent No.1 was received.

Since service of notice was not complete, therefore, matter was listed before Ld. Registrar on 16.11.2015 and fresh notice as well as dasti were issued on Respondent Nos.2 to 6. Counsel for the Petitioner has filed affidavit of dasti service in respect of Respondent Nos.2 to 6.

Service of notice is complete on all Respondents. But no one has entered appearance on behalf of the Respondents so far.

In view of Ld. Registrar's Order dated 16.12.2015, the Review Petition is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office report.
