The matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st September, 2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order :

"Issue notice, returnable within six weeks."

Accordingly show cause notice returnable for 16th November, 2015 was issued to all six respondents on 6th October, 2015 through registered AD post. As the service of all Respondents was incomplete, the matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 16.11.2015 when he was pleased to pass the following order:

"Fresh steps for the service of notice by usual mode to the respondents shall be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioners within a period of four weeks. Dasti in addition is permitted to be served. List again on 16.12.2015."

It is submitted that as AD card duly signed from Respondent No.1 has received, Show Cause Notice through registered AD card as well as Dasti was issued on 24.11.2015 to Respondent Nos.26.

It is further submitted that now AD card duly signed from Respondent Nos.2 & 46 have received. The Counsel has also filed affidavit of dasti services on Respondent Nos.2 to 6.

Service of notice is complete on all Respondents. But no one has entered appearance on behalf of them so far.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
