For Respondent(s)
UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Mr. Vivek Tankha, learned Additional Solicitor General, has placed before us a note detailing the power points, compiled from the suggestions made by the learned Amicus Curiae and Mr. Gourab Banerji, learned ASG, which require urgent consideration. Before we issue any directions on these points, we would request Mr. Tankha to discuss these points with the senior officers of the Ministries concerned, so that the problems, being faced by the Debts Recovery and Appellate Tribunals are sorted out without the intervention of this Court. The learned ASG may apprise the Union Finance and the Law Minister about the subject matter of this case and our prima facie views thereon.
