UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Pursuant to our order dated 6th August, 2010, an affidavit has been filed by the Union of India, disclosing some information with regard to the working of the Debts Recovery Tribunals in the country. Learned Additional Solicitor General submits that he would like to file another affidavit suggesting some measures which course be taken to improve the working of the said Tribunals, particularly, with regard to the infrastructure. Let him do so within eight weeks.
