"The ld. Counsel appearing for the appellants, Mr Manish Khandelwal submits that the alternative arrangement for both appellants has already taken care of and accordingly the ld. Counsel, Mr R Gopalkrishnan, Advocateonrecord has already been engaged by the appellant to appear on their behalf in the above referred matter. But office report says that appellant No.2 is still unrepresented.

The ld. Counsel to inform the registry as to whether the ld. Counsel, Mr R Gopalkrishnan is also entering appearance with regard to appellant No.2 within the course of one week.

List again on 18.9.2015. "
