It is further submitted that leave in CC No.24243/2016 Entitled Jai Singh (D) Thr. Lrs. Versus State of Haryana and Ors. arising out of common followed Judgment was granted on 2.1.2017 by Hon'ble Court and is pending (Copy of order dated 2.1.2017 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that leave in SLP (C) No. 30877/2015 @CC 18655/2015 Entitled CHANDER PAL & ORS. vs STATE OF HARYANA & ANR arising out of common followed Judgment was granted on 16.10.2015 by Hon'ble Court. The same is registered as CA No. 9173/2015 and is pending (Copy of order dated 16.10.2015 is enclosed herewith). (Main C.A. 14831532/2015).

It is further submitted that C.A No. 6962/2015 Entitled Subh Ram Versus State of Haryana and Ors. arising out of common followed Judgment was dismissed as withdrawn on 29.4.2016 by Hon'ble Court(In Chamber)(Copy of order dated 29.4.2016 is enclosed herewith).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
