It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by Mr. S.S. Nehra, Advocate on 02.11.2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 06.10.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RFA No.6564 of 2014 (O & M) in LAC Case No.295 of 2005.
It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has filed two applications for condonation of delay in filing the SLP and refiling the SLP (i) there is a delay of 245 days in filing the SLP (ii) a delay of 254 days in refiling the SLP. There is a total delay of 499 days in filing and refiling the SLP.
It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) CC No. 15865 of 2016 Entitled Santosh Devi Versus State Of Haryana And Ors. as both are arising out of common followed Judgment.
The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
