The instant Appeals were dismissed by this Hon'ble Court's order 09.04.2014 with the directions that the claimant(s) are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in the Registry vide Court's order dated 25th August, 2008, along with the interest accrued on it. (Copy of order dated 09.04.2014 already is enclosed with Office Report dt. 21.4.2016)

It is submitted that Mrs. K. Sarda Devi, Counsel for the Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 has on 04.02.2016 filed an Application for withdrawal of Fixed Deposit Amount in view of Court's order dated 09.04.2014 along with Applications for substitution to bring on record the Lrs. of deceased Claimant/Respondent No. 2 namely Burkhi Lal who died on 23.07.2013. The Application for substitution is barred by time by 471 days. Counsel has filed Application for condonation of delay in filing substitution Application and Application for exemption from filing official translation. The Applications have been registered as I.A. Nos. 2 to 9 of 2016 respectively.

It is further submitted that a sum of Rs. 5,30,824/ (Five Lakhs Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred and Twenty Four only) inclusive of interest has been got reinvested in Fixed Deposit Receipt with State Bank of Mysore for a period of six months bears maturity on 26.09.2016.

It lastly submitted that Appeal Paper have been weeded after due preservation under the Rules. Counsel has supplied fresh Appeal Paper books.

The Interlocutory Applications abovementioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 13th May, 2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Order disposing of the Civil Appeal(s) be brought on record. List the Applications thereafter."

It is submitted that Counsel for the Applicant has on 27.05.2016 filed copies of order dated 09.04.2014 disposing of Appeals, and order dated 19.01.2015 disposing of office report for directions. Copies of the same have been included in the Application paper books at Page Nos. 23 to 24A for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

The applications in the matters mentioned above are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report for orders.
