The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Amar Nath Gupta, appearing on behalf of Mr. R.P. Goyal, Advocate-on-record for respondent Nos.29 and 76 submitted that all the pleadings are complete and requested that the matter may be listed before the Hon'ble Court.

The Ld. Counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 5 submitted that he has been served in the month of June or July, 2018 and seeks time to file counter affidavit. However, the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers vide order dated 9.7.2018 has been pleased to pass the following order :

"Counter affidavit be filed positively within four weeks, otherwise right to file counter affidavit shall stand closed.

Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within three weeks thereafter.

Thereafter, no further opportunity shall be given." However, in terms of that order, no opportunity for filing counter affidavit is left with any of the respondents.

Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for appropriate orders.

Application for deletion of respondent Nos.12 and 36 has been filed but it is found to be defective. Defects be cured within four weeks, as last opportunity.

Application for modification/correction is defective.

However, the Ld. Counsel for the applicant submitted that he has filed I.A. for modification/correction. Copy has already been served to the concerned respondents and there is no need to serve copies on all the respondents. Therefore, he may be exempted from serving copies on the remaining respondents.

Keeping in view the submission, Registry to process for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for appropriate orders.
