UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Ld. Counsel, Mr Amar Nath Gupta appearing on behalf of Mr R.P.Goyal, Advocate-on-record appears for respondent nos. 29 and 42 in Dy.No.13901/2017.
It is submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.84 in LPA 667/2014 has been filed by the ld. Advocate-on-record, Ms Sujeeta Srivastava.

It is submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of respondent no.3 in LPA 410/2014, respondent nos. 1,4 and 5 in LPA No.413 and respondent nos. 1 and 3 in LPA no.414 has been filed by the ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr R.P.Singh.
It is submitted that as per office report respondent no.2 in LPA No.647 is unserved, but vakalatnama has been filed by the ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr Avinash Kumar. Registry to verify and update the data accordingly.
It is submitted that counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos.27,28,30,32,38,43 and 86 in Dy.No.13901/2017 has been filed by the ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr Mohinderjit Singh.
It is submitted that in Dy.No.13901/2017, application for deletion of the name of respondent no.64 has been filed by the ld. Counsel appearing for respondent no.64. Registry to do the needful and application be processed as per rules.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps to effect service on all the unserved respondents in all the matters within two weeks time as last and final opportunity. Notices thereafter be issued.
