UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$
SLP (Crl.) No. 618/2020
After hearing Mr. K.V. Viswanathan, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Aman Lekhi, learned ASG for the respondent at length, we are of the opinion that the petitioner - Raj Kumar Modi is entitled for an interim bail for a period of two months. The petitioner is granted interim bail in view of the peculiar facts of the case. The mother of the petitioner is reported to be seriously ill.
The petitioner shall not make any attempt to contact the witnesses or tamper with the evidence.
The petitioner shall surrender on the expiry of the period of two months for which he has been granted bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall communicate this order to the trial Court.
