UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Issue notice and tag with Writ Petition (Crl.) No. 212 of 2019 titled "Gaj Raj Singh Baid v. Union of India & Anr." and other connected matters.
The investigation will continue, and the petitioners including the Directors/Officers will cooperate.
The petitioners will not be arrested till the next date of hearing.
In case the petitioners do not join and cooperate with the investigation, liberty is granted to the respondents to move an application for vacation of the interim order.
Subject to orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice, the present petitions may be listed before an appropriate Bench on an early date, as interim orders have been passed in several matters.
