Mr. S.V. Raju, learned Additional Solicitor General,

in all fairness, submitted that one of the arguments

raised in this petition about the necessity of arrest of accused who was never called for the purpose of investigation, that question is being considered in another case which is coming up for hearing 05.10.2021. If so, we defer the hearing of this matter until 21.10.2021.

Interim arrangement to continue till then.
