It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Criminal Appeal No. 1941 of 2009 @SLP(Crl) 4867 of 2017 referred to as Annexure P10 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 26th October, 2009 when the Hon'ble Court has allowed the same. Copy of the Judgement dated 26th October, 2009 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Transfer Petition(Civil) No. 564 of 2003 referred to as Annexure P5 was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 9th August, 2004 when the Hon'ble Court has dismissed the same. Copy of the Order dated 9th August, 2004 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.
