UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

The right of respondent No.1 to file counter affidavit has been already exhausted vide order dated 14.8.2013.

Respondent Nos.2 to 5, 13, 19 to 22, 24 and 25 have been already ordered to proceed ex parte, vide order dated 14.8.2013.

Application for deleting respondent Nos.9 to 12, 14 to 18 and 23 is to be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for necessary orders/directions.

Item No.45 -2-

Counter affidavits on behalf of respondent Nos.15 and 17 have already come on record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner to cure the defects in the application for substitution of the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos.6 and 7 in three weeks' time, failing which further necessary orders, as per rules shall be passed.

Notice be reissued to respondent No.8 on filing of the process fee and spare copy in a week's time through the concerned District Court in addition to postal service.

List again on 11.11.2013.
