UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent No.1 for filing counter affidavit.

As per the office report, respondent Nos.2, 3 and 13 to 25 have refused to accept dasti. Therefore, fresh notice be issued through the concerned District Court, in addition to the postal mode.

Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are reported to be duly and properly served through dasti but none appeared.

Respondent Nos.6 and 7 are reported to have expired. Necessary steps for substitution be taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Respondent Nos.9 to 12 are yet to be served, as per the office report, as they are not residing at their given address.

The learned counsel for the petitioner to ascertain the fresh address and take necessary steps for issuance of notice through the concerned district Court, in addition to the postal mode.

Fresh notice be issued to respondent No.8 through the concerned District Court, in addition to the postal mode.
