Learned counsel for the appellants shall be directed to file the statement of cases within a period of 45 days. Learned counsel shall provide a copy of the statement of case to the learned counsel for the respondents against proper acknowledgment immediately after he files the same and the learned counsel for the respondents shall be notified to file the statement of case within a period of 35 days thereafter. The matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court in accordance with the rules after the period stipulated above.
