UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
SLP(C) No. 6658/2021
Respondent nos. 1,2,4,11 and 16 have failed to file counter affidavit despite last opportunity having been granted, as such, further opportunity stands declined.
Service is complete on respondent nos. 3, 5, 8 to 10 and 12 to 15 but none has entered appearance.
Respondent nos.6 and 7 are granted four weeks' time for filing counter affidavit.
