Respondent Nos.1 and 2 have already filed counter

affidavit.

The Ld. Advocate, Mr. Aviral Saxena, appearing on behalf of Mr. Saurabh Trivedi, Advocate-on-record submits that they are appearing for respondent No.3.

Last opportunity is granted to respondent Nos.3 and 7 for filing counter affidavit within four weeks.

Four weeks' time is granted to respondent Nos.10, 11, 15, 17 and 18 for filing counter affidavit.

Service is complete on respondent Nos.4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 12 to 14 and 16 but none has entered appearance.
